THE MANY BENEFITS OF PROGAIN EXTREME.
Progain Extreme is an advanced weight gainer that provides your body with highly nutritious calories and several proven muscle and strength boosters; Creatine, Glutamine and HMB. Progain Extreme avoids using cheap fillers, inferior proteins and simple sugars that can cause stomach upsets, wind and side effects, which are common with cheap, low quality weight gainers.
Progain Extreme is the first weight gainer to include low glycaemic Inulin, an oligofructose based carbohydrate, which is digested so slowly it hardly affects blood sugar levels. This reduces the insulin response, which causes excess sugar calories to be removed from the blood and stored as bodyfat, a common problem with high sugar formulas. Nutriose is also included, another special low glycaemic fibre. The addition of these unique ingredients together with MCTs, helps you take in additional calories, which are far more likely to be used to build lean muscle, rather than layers of fat, (which fructose and sucrose laden weight gainers often cause).
Progain Extreme includes exclusive fats known as Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs), which, although providing the full 9 calories per gram, are treated by the body to act like carbohydrates, making them ideal for advanced weight gainers. MCTs provide calories, which are least likely to be just stored as bodyfat. By avoiding cheap fats and fillers, Progain Extreme will help you gain lean muscular weight.
Progain Extreme contains an exclusive whey protein blend called Biomax. Biomax contains whey protein fractions selected especially for their muscle-building properties and is one of the most effective protein sources for anyone wanting to gain weight and muscle bulk. Biomax has a higher biological value than all proteins, including casein, egg, chicken, tuna and soya. Biological value relates to how much of the protein consumed is actually absorbed and used by your body.
Progain Extreme contains all the essential amino acids, and is especially rich in branch chain amino acids (BCAAs). BCAAs are used for energy during exercise and need to be replaced. They also play a key role in supporting muscle growth. Because of its fast digestion, Progain Extreme is perfect for use immediately after exercise. Most nutrition experts agree that protein and carbohydrate taken immediately after exercise is one of the best ways to gain muscle bulk (1).
Progain Extreme is the first protein powder to ensure its whey protein (Biomax) contains natural levels of Orotic acid - a unique substance in whey that aids muscle growth and is an essential intermediate in DNA and RNA production. Remember you heard it here first!
Progain Extreme is also rich in glutamine, an amino acid considered by most nutrition experts to be essential for anyone exercising regularly. Glutamine reduces the risk of overtraining, supports the immune system and has also been shown to aid muscle growth (2).
Progain Extreme can also be mixed with milk - which is rich in casein - to create a timed-release protein for use at night, or whenever you want a slowly-digested source of protein.
Progain Extreme has been made stronger with the addition of Nitrogain extreme a unique blend of Creatine, HMB, Glutamine peptides, Cysteine, Taurine and Chromium polynicotinate. These nutrients have been included for their ability to help you build muscle, size and strength.
Progain Extreme has undergone extensive taste-testing to produce great tasting flavours which are a pleasure to drink. Progain Extreme mixes instantly with a fork and does not require a blender.
Progain Extreme contains a unique blend of whey proteins (Biomax), considered by experts to have a higher biological value than any other protein source, including casein, egg, chicken or fish. Note: BV is not a %, but a value that takes egg as a constant at 100. Wheys unique amino acid ratio, exceeds that of egg.
